1. Is this legitimate & legal?Yes. This is 100% legitimate & legal. In fact, our business model complies with US Postal and Lottery Laws, Title 18, Section 1302 and 1341, the US code, Title 18, Section 3005, and the code of Federal Regulations, Volume 16, Sections 255 and 436, which clearly state that a product or service must be exchanged for the money received. We are selling advertising space with an incentive, not lottery tickets.
2. What is Powerball Pixel?Powerball Pixel is based on a simple idea: There has been a recent surge of ingenious advertising ideas on the internet; however, very few of the sites involved have offered additional incentives. Powerballpixel offers a unique advertising opportunity, coupled with the chance of winning cash prizes. We are the 1st site to offer prizes in this way!
3. How does it work?The Homepage is divided into Ten Thousand 100 pixel blocks, exactly one million pixels in total. You can purchase advertising space on the Powerballpixel homepage which is available in 100-pixel blocks. This block (your advertisement) serves as a link to your website, and in addition, each 100-pixel block that is purchased will serve as one entry in the prize draw.You can purchase as many pixels as you like, as long as they are available (check our Live Stats counter at the top right corner of the homepage). When you purchase pixels, you can then display an image/ad/logo of your choice in the space you have purchased and have the image linked to your own website. However, no obscene or offensive images are allowed.
4. How will the winners be chosen?When we have sold our 1st 100,000 pixels (1,000 100-pixel blocks), our local notary will place 4 PowerBalls behind our grid (4 100-pixel blocks) & those 4 advertisers will receive Cash Rewards. The 1st 3 PowerBalls will pay out $20 each & the 4th PowerBall will pay out $100. This will happen at the end of every 100,000 pixel stage, which means your chances of winning a prize are at least 1 in 200 for each stage. Remember that there are 10 stages. When the pixels are sold out (the end of the 10th stage), 1 winner will receive the Grand Prize of $1,000 and 3 winners will receive $20 each.There will be a total of 40 different winners, 10 stages, 4 winners at the end of each stage. If you don't win the 1st time, you will automatically be entered into the drawing for next stage. An entrant can only win one cash prize. If you have already won a prize, you will be excluded from future prize drawings. A total of $2,500 in prize money will be awarded.
5. How will the winners be paid?All of the winners will be paid via PayPal. If you do not have PayPal, you will be paid via money order. There will be nine $100 prizes and the $1,000 Jackpot.
6. As an incentive, there will be 40 different cash prizes given out but the main goal is to drive traffic to your website.
7. How Long will this site be online?This site will be online for at least 10 years (January 22nd 2016), however the aim is to keep it up and running for as long as possible.
